#FFFFFF

The Air Pollution Control Division will begin a toxic air contaminants monitoring program by January 1, 2024. In total, seven air toxics monitoring sites will be established. The first three sites will be installed and operational by January 1, 2024. An additional four sites will start air monitoring by July 1, 2025.

The division is seeking input to help inform the location of four monitoring sites. The proposed monitoring site locations will cover both urban and rural areas. Priority will be given to sites within disproportionately impacted communities.
