Unfortunately, we have no regulation over private property and are not responsible for mandating tenant/landlord issues due to legal fees and costs associated with such issues. We suggest reaching out to Colorado Housing Connects as they may be able to assist you in your situation. Additionally, your local public health agency may have additional resources.

We can offer guidance on the prevention and elimination of bed bugs but, unfortunately, are not responsible for mandating tenant/landlord issues in regards to legal and cost issues associated with bed bug infestations.
