Leak detection and repair (LDAR) annual reports

Overview

Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation 7, Part B §§ I.L, II.E, and III.F require owners and operators of certain oil and gas facilities to submit an annual leak detection and repair (LDAR) report to the CDPHE Air Pollution Control Division. LDAR reports cover a company’s work to identify and address volatile organic compound leaks in their equipment. LDAR reports are due by May 31 of each year. Below are companies’ yearly LDAR reports and annual report summaries for each year beginning in 2014. The LDAR annual summaries show how changes in regulation have affected air pollution emissions reporting over the years.
