2022 Clean Fleet Enterprise Fee Rule

Back to Clean Fleet Enterprise 

The CFE Board adopted a rule to establish a Clean Fleet Retail Delivery Fee and a Clean Fleet Per Ride Fee on February 24, 2022, as required by § Section 25-7.5-103(6)(h), (7) and (8), C.R.S. 
This rule goes into effect on July 1, 2022.
