Apply for CREATE education grants

The Colorado Resource for Emergency and Trauma Education Program (CREATE) provides funding to Colorado emergency medical and trauma service organizations for the education and training of EMS and trauma providers. The Colorado Rural Health Center administers the application process for CREATE funding.

Before applying for CREATE funding, applicants must provide an updated organizational profile. An updated organizational profile information form must be submitted in OATH within 3 months of submitting your CREATE funding application. Contact your organization's profile gatekeeper to request an updated profile PDF. If your agency does not have an organizational profile gatekeeper, the designated person must follow the instructions to become an organizational profile account gatekeeper.
