General reports

  • Making communities healthier: A white paper.
This white paper highlights the decade-long effort by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) to reconstruct the structurally deficient 50-year-old I-70 viaduct, which crosses through the Elyria and Swansea Neighborhood, in a way that brings improvements to the neighborhood and reduces the health impacts of the highway.
