The Office of the State Registrar of Vital Statistics will be undergoing rulemaking concerning 5 CCR 1006-1, Vital Statistics on February 18th. Thus, we are requesting your review and feedback with respect to changes that have been proposed under 5 CCR 1006-1, Vital Statistics.
