Due to COVID-19 there is currently no one available on-site who can accept service of process of legal documents. Please be aware that if you need to serve legal documents on this Department, you may send a request for a waiver of personal service to cdphe_legalservices@state.co.us.
You may also serve your legal documents on the Department by delivering them in person to the Attorney General’s Office at the Colorado Department of Law in the Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Center located at 1300 Broadway, Denver, Colorado, 80203. This Department has authorized the Attorney General to accept service on its behalf.
