Update your registration
You can update information like your address and contact information or change your cultivation information at any time. You can also update your legal name, or surrender your card.
Get online access
Follow these steps if you applied by mail and want to get online access to your account.
- Create an account
- Log in
- Click “New Request Access to Patient Registration”
- Enter the information needed to verify your identity and upload a copy of your valid Colorado ID or driver’s license
- Submit the request
Can't access the email on your account?
Follow these steps if you cannot the email address you used to register or recover your username and reset your password:
- Create a new account using an email address that you can access
- Log in
- Click “New Request Access to Patient Registration”
- Enter the information needed to verify your identity and upload a copy of your valid Colorado ID or driver’s license
- Submit the request
Make a copies of your registration documents
The Registry follows a record disposition schedule that was developed in collaboration with and approved by the State Auditor, the Attorney General’s Office and the State Archivist. Both physical and electronic documents, including those submitted in the online registration system, are permanently destroyed or deleted based on this schedule.
If there are any documents that you would like to maintain for your records please make sure to save or print them before Jan. 4, 2021. Records older than 2 years will be unavailable after this date.
