Response to the 401 Certification Application Public Comments

In keeping with regular Division processes for 401 certifications, the Applicant prepared responses to public comments directed at the technical analysis included as part of the application. The Division then closely reviewed these comments and provided notes and edits. The Division is satisfied with the Applicant's responses.
