Board of Health Meetings

Board meetings are open to the public and held on the third Wednesday of every month at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's main campus unless otherwise specified. Currently, meetings are remote over Zoom. Meeting documents are usually posted to this page by the second Monday of the month. Participation information is linked at the bottom of the page.

It is recommended that comments and testimony on rulemakings be submitted to the Board in writing by 5 pm the Thursday prior to the Board’s meeting. If you would like to provide oral testimony or comments, please note that you must sign up in advance using the links below. Sign up will be closed at 5 pm the day before the Board’s meeting. You will be required to provide a first and last name at sign up, when you enter the Zoom meeting you will need to ensure that your name will appear exactly as you signed up, otherwise you will not be recognized during public comments and/or testimony. If you wish to provide comments and/or testimony for multiple items, you will need to sign up for each item separately.

Signing up does not guarantee you will be able to speak during the public comments or during rulemaking testimony. Further, the Zoom meeting has capacity for 1,000 individuals. If capacity is reached, there will be a video streaming via YouTube, but only those on the Zoom meeting will be able to testify.

Please email cdphe.bohrequests@state.co.us regarding any questions you may have or if you would like to provide public comment or written testimony. Please note photos and videos are not accepted and will be redacted.
