The Commission wants to hear from you!
To provide oral public comment during a hearing you will need to sign up to provide public comment when you register for the hearing (via Zoom). If public comment slots fill up, comments will be heard from those that signed up first. Sign-up closes the morning of the meeting. Registered commenters will be listed in the monthly hearing folder on the commission’s website.
The Public Comments and Party Status Memo serves to provide clarification to parties to the commission rulemaking proceedings and all stakeholders who can or cannot provide public comments regarding a rulemaking with respect to party affiliation.
Written comments on any air quality issue are welcome and can be sent to: cdphe.aqcc@state.co.us
