Public Hearing and Meeting Notices
These include the Notice of Public Hearing and any associated documents for categories such as conformity, prescribed fire, designation and air quality plans that don’t include regulations.
Adjudicatory Hearing Notices
These include the Notice of Adjudication and any associated documents.
Public Comment Hearing Notices
These include the Notice of Public Comment Hearing. A public comment hearing is intended to encourage citizen participation and provide a forum for information gathering by the agency. It is not an adversarial proceeding.
