- Before you begin a loan repayment application, you must be employed at a CHSC-approved site by the first day of the application cycle.
- Submit your completed application by 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2024.
- You will be able to create a user name and password, and your application is automatically saved so you can return to it at a later time using the link below. Save your user name and password.
Return to an application in progress
If you are having trouble logging in to your application or are seeing an unexpected screen, we suggest you clear your cache and try again. Do not create another login/password as this will exacerbate the problem.
