Quit smoking for baby and you

If you're pregnant, quit smoking. If you need help, call the Colorado QuitLine at 1-800-QUIT-NOW, enroll in a Baby and Me Tobacco Free program near you, and/or talk to your doctor.

The Colorado QuitLine has a special program to help pregnant women quit smoking during pregnancy and stay smoke-free after the baby is born. Call 1-800-QUIT-NOW (1-800-784-8669) to learn how to quit tobacco today! Be sure to tell them you\'re pregnant so you can participate in the special program.

Why quit smoking?

Smoking can make it more difficult to get pregnant, cause complications during pregnancy, and pose serious health risks for the baby after it's born.
