Your health during pregnancy

Your health during pregnancy is important for both you and your baby.

Depression is the most common complication of pregnancy.  Pregnancy-related depression is depression that occurs during pregnancy or after giving birth, including after a pregnancy loss.

Alcohol and drug use

  • Don't use drugs.

Travel safety

The risks of travel may change depending on how far along you are in pregnancy.

If you have gestational diabetes during pregnancy, you and your child are at a higher risk for getting diabetes later in life. Take action now to prevent diabetes.
