CIIS health care users

The process to request user access to the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS) has changed. Here is the new user registration link. Alternatively, you can go to the CIIS Main Application home page

The CIIS team is updating all resources to reflect the new user registration process and will notify all stakeholders once the updates have been completed and we have a final transition date.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact the CIIS Help Desk at

Health care providers can use the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS) to check the vaccination status of patients, review recommended vaccines and manage their vaccine inventory. To use CIIS, your clinic(s) must complete enrollment paperwork and create user accounts for each staff member using the registry. All general users are also required to review our confidentiality and security policies and take online training before using CIIS.
