SB25-164 mandated the Board of Health to establish eligible entities for the Naloxone Bulk Purchase Fund. Part of the rulemaking process is stakeholder engagement, and your feedback is a valuable component of ensuring the process is community-informed. Please review the Draft Rules and complete the SB25-164 Stakeholder Engagement Form no later than Dec. 31, 2025 to provide your input.

The Board of Health will consider the proposed rules on Jan. 21, 2026. Individuals who would like to provide written comments can email or write to the Board of Health directly. All written comments and testimony are part of the public record and will be posted on the Board of Health website and made available to members of the Board. Refer to the Board of Health webpage for instructions and due dates.

Individuals can also provide written testimony or speak at the Jan. 21 Board of Health rulemaking hearing to testify in favor of or against the proposed rules. Refer to the Board of Health webpage for meeting details.
