RFA #40802 - CCPD Grant Funding

On July 15, 2022, the Cancer Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Disease (CCPD) Grants Program at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) released a request for applications (RFA) to fund programs for the prevention, early detection, and treatment of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and chronic pulmonary disease.

The purpose of the CCPD RFA #40802

is to reduce chronic disease in Colorado by providing a comprehensive approach that focuses on prevention, early detection, and treatment for cancer, cardiovascular disease, and chronic pulmonary disease.

The initiatives funded through this RFA will focus on further improving the health of Coloradans by building capacity and support for the implementation of chronic disease prevention and health promotion.
