RFA #40802 - CCPD Grant Funding
On July 15, 2022, the Cancer Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Disease (CCPD) Grants Program at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) released a request for applications (RFA) to fund programs for the prevention, early detection, and treatment of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and chronic pulmonary disease.
This RFA will cover the next five state fiscal years 2024-2028 (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2028); however, funding duration for strategies and projects will differ. A variable timeline allows for a community-based approach to program funding and provides flexibility for the CCPD Grants Program to adapt to a changing landscape.
CDPHE maintains a strong commitment to health and racial equity as a foundation for all the work we do. Our vision is that every Coloradan has equitable access to opportunities to thrive regardless of who they are or where they live. Advancing health and racial equity through programmatic and policy efforts is our highest priority.
Apply - Deadline is September 15, 2022 at 5 p.m. MDT
