VISION (Visual Information Systems for Identifying Opportunities and Needs)

VISION provides data for chronic disease and behavioral health measures in Colorado. The purpose of this tool is to provide data and visualizations for assessments and data-driven public health planning and program work. Data are updated as the data source allows to provide the most recent information for Colorado health measures.

Healthy Kids Colorado Survey Data Tables &, Data Dashboard

The purpose of the Healthy Kids Colorado Survey is to better understand youth health and what factors support youth to make healthy choices, including choices related to tobacco use and exposures. Summary data tables for Colorado and numerous Health Statistics Regions are available for high school and middle school students. The Data Dashboard presents data for high school students through interactive graphs and maps.

  • MyLife My Quit: A free, confidential service available to Colorado residents between 12 and 17 years old.
  • TobaccoFreeCO: Provides quitting resources, information on the problem of tobacco in Colorado, and ways to get involved in the fight against tobacco. Spanish resources are available at ColoradoSinTabaco.org.
