External guidance
The Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division supports the use of guidance from non-CDPHE sources, where applicable, such as guidance developed by the Interstate Technology Regulatory Council (ITRC). The Interstate Technology Regulatory Council Project Teams produce guidance and documents to help the environmental community gain valuable technical knowledge and develop consistent regulatory approaches for reviewing and approving specific technologies.
These documents are written and reviewed by teams of environmental professionals from ITRC’s diverse membership groups and affiliations, which include CDPHE employees.
Visit the Interstate Technology Regulatory Council's online repository to search for and access guidance documents
