Processing time for mail orders is thirty business days from date received. Online orders and phone orders is three to five business days to process.
To receive a copy of a standard death certificate, you must submit the following:
- Copy of your identification and proof of eligibility.
- Non-refundable application fees.
- Mail and in person only: death certificate request | In Spanish.
