Requirements
Vendors are required to check identification
 
Acceptable forms of photo identification are a current Colorado driver's license, a current Colorado non-driver identification card, a current U.S. federal, state or local government-issued identification (including military), a current tribal enrollment card with photo or other form of tribal identification, a current passport, or a current university or school identification.
Changes in administrator must be reported
You're responsible for notifying us of changes in administration of your facility to ensure our records are current and that there's always an individual employed by the facility who meets these training requirements (6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter II, Section 2.4).
