Home Care Advisory Committee

Per statutory requirements, the Home Care Advisory Committee members serve on a voluntary basis and are appointed by the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. This committee represents providers and consumers of home care and hospice services, the Colorado commission on the aging, county, district, or municipal public health agencies, or local boards of health, and consumer and other agencies and organizations providing service to or concerned with residents of home care and hospice.

All HCAC members are required to submit proof of completing annual training, click on the Annual training attestation button above to submit attestation after completing the training. The annual training can be located inside the Meeting Information folder, under the Member Required Annual Training folder.
