Emergency preparedness regulations for assisted living residences can be found in Section 10 of 6 CCR 1011-1 Chapter 7 Colorado Assisted Living Regulations. Assisted living is regulated only at the state level. Regulations for Medicaid-certified Assisted Living can be found at the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing 8.7506 Alternative Care Facility.
