You may serve legal documents on the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment by delivering them in person to the CDPHE mailroom located at:

Hours:
8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m, 12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday (excluding state holidays and closures)
You may also send a request for a waiver of personal service to cdphe_legalservices@state.co.us. Sending a subpoena, summons or complaint via U.S. mail, email, or fax does not constitute valid service of process.
CDPHE will accept service on behalf of current department employees for matters pertaining to department business only. CDPHE will not accept service for matters not related to department business.
