WWC & WISEWOMAN Eligibility

#FFFFFF

Women with limited or no health insurance may be eligible for free breast cancer screenings (e.g. mammograms), or free cervical cancer screenings (e.g. Pap tests) and/or health navigation services through the Women’s Wellness Connection program. Women with insurance may be eligible for free cancer screening health navigation services through the Women's Wellness Connection program. If you live in certain counties, you may also have access to free screenings and services to prevent heart disease through WISEWOMAN, which is offered at select clinics.

If you aren’t eligible, we can connect you with resources to ensure you get screened and stay healthy.

I might be eligible. Where can I get free services?

Find an online map of clinics, our clinics listed by county with phone numbers to call for a clinic near you. WISEWOMAN services are only available at certain Women’s Wellness Connection locations.
