Individuals may be eligible for free breast cancer screenings (e.g. mammograms), or free cervical cancer screenings (e.g. Pap tests) and/or health navigation services through the Women’s Wellness Connection program. If you live in certain counties, you may also have access to free screenings and services to prevent heart disease through WISEWOMAN, which is offered at select clinics.
If you aren’t eligible, we can connect you with resources to ensure you get screened and stay healthy.

Individuals with limited or no health insurance and who have an income of no more than 2.5 times the Federal Poverty Level may be eligible for the following Women's Wellness Connection and WISEWOMAN free services.
For breast services, individuals must:
- Be at least 40 years of age but less than 65 years of age,Be a woman;
- Be a transgender woman who has taken or is taking hormones related to gender transition;
- Be a transgender man who has not had a bilateral mastectomy; or
- Be a nonbinary individual.
For cervical services, individuals must:
- Be at least 21 years of age, but less than 65 years of age,
- Have a cervix.
For heart exams, individuals must:
- Be at least 35 years of age, but not less than 65 years of age;
- Meet all other eligibility requirements for breast or cervical services.
Individuals with insurance may be eligible for breast and cervical cancer screening navigation services.
