Healthy Kids Colorado Survey

A voluntary survey that collects anonymous, self-reported health information from middle and high school students across Colorado. The survey asks questions related to various health topics, including physical activity and nutrition, and provides anonymous results that can be used to:

  • Better understand health behaviors and attitudes among Colorado youth.
  • Support new programs and policies.
  • Monitor trends in health behaviors over time.

The survey, conducted every two years, is supported by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, the Colorado Department of Education, and the Colorado Department of Human Services. The University of Colorado Denver-Anschutz Medical Campus implemented the 2013 survey.
