About the Honor Roll

The best way to protect children from measles, mumps, and rubella is to ensure they are up to date on the MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) vaccine. The Immunization Branch at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment launched the Kindergarten MMR Provider Honor Roll,a recognition program that highlights clinics achieving at least 95 percent MMR vaccination coverage for two doses of MMR vaccine among kindergarten-aged children.  Eligible providers are those with at least 50 kindergarten-age patients associated with their clinic in the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS). Clinic data is pulled twice per school year, in October and January. Clinics have the opportunity to receive a patient list and up to date vaccination status for kindergarten-aged children associated with their clinic. Questions about the program can be sent to cdphe_vacs@state.co.us.
