These rules govern services and supports for Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, Community and Residential, Programs, Group Homes, Intermediate Care Facilities authorized and funded in whole or in part through the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing. Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Setting means any physical location where covered HCBS are provided.
