Colorado health and safety regulations for schools

We enforce health and safety standards for schools in Clear Creek, Jackson, Moffat, Ouray, Park, and Rio Blanco counties. 

In all other counties, we delegate this authority to the local public health agency. Some counties inspect schools on a routine basis, while others respond to complaints only.
