Purpose of Public Notice: To solicit public comment on the proposed Compliance Order on Consent between the Division, Northern Colorado Constructors, Inc., and City of Westminster. This compliance order resolves alleged violations of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act and Northern Colorado Constructors, Inc., and City of Westminster’s discharge permits, as identified in Notice of Violation / Cease and Desist Order Number SO-230119-1, issued on January 19, 2023. Northern Colorado Constructors, Inc., and City of Westminster conducted construction activities at a project in Adams County, Colorado.
