New application processing fee effective July 15, 2024
On May 15, 2024 the Board of Health adopted changes to 5 CCR 1006-2, Medical use of Marijuana Rules to set the application processing fee at $52. You will see this change on the application starting July 15.
Applications are typically processed in 1-3 business days. After your application is approved you can download your card to print it or display it on your mobile device.
- Log in to your account.
- Select the word "Active" next to your name under “Tracking Inbox: Patient Registration.”
- Click the blue “Print Card” button on the left side of the page to print your card or access it on a mobile device.

Applications submitted online with all correct information are approved in 1-3 business days. Applications take longer to process if they are submitted with incorrect information or expired documents.
