Regulation 84: Reclaimed Water Reuse

The Water Quality Control Division is holding a stakeholder engagement process to update Regulation 84: Reclaimed Water Control. This regulation establishes requirements for the treatment, distribution, and use of reclaimed water in Colorado. The division will host monthly meetings beginning in July 2025 to solicit feedback from stakeholders. Following the stakeholder engagement process, the Water Quality Control Commission will hold a Rulemaking Hearing in April 2026.
