Eight interactive dashboards were developed to help visualize data provided in the 2023 Inventory published on _____.
All emissions are presented in million metric tons (MMT) of carbon dioxide (CO2) equivalents calculated using 100-year global warming potential (GWP) values as published in the Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
The dashboards include the following:
- Colorado Snapshot: This dashboard includes a snapshot view of one year’s emissions by sector, subsector, category, and GHG for 2005 through 2020.
- Historicals & Projections: This dashboard includes, at the statewide and sector levels, historical emissions for years 2005 to 2020 and projected emissions for years 2021 to 2050.
- Change Since 2005: This dashboard includes magnitude (MMT CO2eq) and percent (%) change in emissions from 2005 to 2020 at both the sector and subsector levels.
- Energy: This dashboard includes historical and project emissions solely from the Energy sector.
- Agriculture: This dashboard includes historical and project emissions solely from the Agriculture sector.
- Industrial Processes and Produce Use (IPPU): This dashboard includes historical and project emissions solely from the IPPU sector.
- Land Use, Land Use Change, and Forestry (LULUCF): This dashboard includes historical and project emissions solely from the IPPU sector.
