Gold Leaders must have in place a fully operational, facility-specific Environmental Management System, with goals. They must meet the beyond-compliance requirements for the Gold Tier and have no serious violations for three years (criminal for five). Gold Leaders are awarded recognition for three years, and may be renewed.

ELP Silver partner logo

Silver Partners must have established and achievable environmental goals and are seeking Gold recognition. They must have one year of clean compliance records, and terms are for a maximum of three years.

New potential members can fill out an Application for Silver Partner. You'll need Microsoft Word™ 2007 or greater to view.


Renewing members can report their progress using Silver Partner Progress Report. You'll need Microsoft Word™ 2007 or greater to view.

ELP Bronze Achiever logo

Bronze Achievers have made significant progress toward improving the environment of Colorado. They have no serious violations for one year (criminal for two years), and have made efforts toward pollution prevention, like energy efficiency improvements, waste minimization and water conservation. They don't have a functional Environmental Management System in place. Bronze Achievers are awarded recognition for one year.

New potential members can fill out an Application for Bronze Achiever. You'll need Microsoft Word™ 2007 or greater to view.
