Do you want to quit using tobacco or nicotine? We’ve got resources and information that can help you or your loved ones quit today.

The Baby & Me Tobacco Free Program offers free personalized counseling for pregnant women, including 4 sessions during your pregnancy and up to 6 sessions after you have your baby. Program participants can receive up to $400 in electronic gift cards/diaper vouchers for quitting and staying tobacco free. After the baby is born, a member of your household who also wants to quit smoking can enroll in the program and receive up to $300 in electronic gift cards/diaper vouchers for quitting and staying tobacco free.The program is available statewide.

The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing offers resources for people on Medicaid who want to quit smoking. They also have a special program called Prenatal Plus for pregnant Medicaid members who qualify.

The Colorado QuitLine website is available in English and Spanish. It is a free service available to Colorado residents 12 and older. The QuitLine provides special online tools, a support team of coaches, and nicotine replacement therapy. The expert coaches can discuss with you how to manage stress, combat cravings, cope with irritability, and control weight gain. Individuals who use menthol tobacco or nicotine products are eligible for up to 16 weeks of free nicotine replacement products (lozenges, patches, and gum) and $50 in gift cards. 

When you sign up for a free EX Program account, you’ll get access to a flexible, personalized program to help you change your patterns, find support, and explore nicotine replacement therapy. EX Program’s daily text messages, interactive website, and dedicated community full of experts and experienced quitters will help support you.

My Life My Quit supports individuals aged 12-17 with access to free, confidential support to quit smoking or vaping.
