Non-Standard MS4 General Permit Renewal

The second draft of the Non-Standard MS4 general permit went out for public notice on March 12, 2020. The public comment period closed on June 13, 2020; however, in response to a request the division has granted a responsive comment  period. During the responsive comment period, anyone may respond to a comment that was submitted to the division between March 12 and June 13, 2020. In providing your responsive or rebuttal comments you must specifically refer to the original commenter and the comment. Responsive and rebuttal comments can be emailed to the permit writer listed below. The schedule is as follows:
