Educational materials for prospective recipient parents

Educational materials for prospective donors

All licensed entities are required to provide educational materials to recipient parents and to prospective donors.

Entities may choose to provide the materials developed by CDHE that are linked above or their own materials. The materials must cover, at a minimum, the same topics as CDPHE’s materials, as required in section 25-57-108, C.R.S.
