All licensed entities are required to provide educational materials to recipient parents and to prospective donors.
Entities located in the state of Colorado must provide the materials developed by CDPHE. Use the link above to download these materials.
Entities located outside of Colorado may choose to provide their own materials, provided that the materials cover, at a minimum, the same topics as CDPHE’s materials, as required in section 25-57-108, C.R.S. Out-of-state entities may provide donors and recipient parents with the materials developed by CDPHE to fulfill this requirement.
