SB23-189
SB23-189 (Increasing Access To Reproductive Health Care) was signed into law on April 21, 2023. The bill made multiple changes to reproductive health care coverage requirements and directed CDPHE to create the Family Planning Access Collaborative to advise the department in identifying access gaps that contribute to Coloradans lacking family planning access. The collaborative was directed to publish recommendations by December 15, 2023.
