EPA Renovate Right pamphlet
Renovation professionals must provide this pamphlet to owners or occupants at least seven days before the renovation and a written acknowledgment of receipt must be obtained from the owner or adult occupant. This requirement applies to any renovation that disturbs 2 square feet or more of a painted surface in a child-occupied facility or housing built before 1978.
