RFA #34761 - Cancer Prevention and Early Detection grant funding.

On June 15, 2021, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) re-released the Cancer Prevention and Early Detection Request for Applications (RFA) with a narrower focus on only the Health Navigation and Clinical Services Strategy (also known as the Women’s Wellness Connection). Applications for the Targeted Community Outreach (TCO) and Clinic Quality Improvement (CQI) strategies are not being accepted at this time.

The application deadline is July 14, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Mountain Time

  1. Double-click zip folder, 
  2. Click on the download icon on the top right of the screen. 
  3. Once downloaded, select “Extract All” and save it on your computer.

Who should apply

Only organizations that provide basic breast and cervical cancer screenings at their locations are eligible to apply. Current Cancer Prevention and Early Detection grantees do not need to apply.
