CLL Documents for public review and comment
All new decision documents will be subject to the revised Preferred Document Review and Comment Process. All documents will be posted on the CDPHE website and the public is welcome to comment on them at all times. Documents that are not of a decision-making nature will not warrant a formal comment period. In addition, Superfund-related documents may require additional public process.
Public comment opportunity: Operable Unit 1 Quality Assurance Project Plan
Dates active: 9/9/25 - 12/23/25
The public comment period for the documents listed below is now open. The public comment period was initially open for 45 days, beginning on September 9, 2025 and ending on October 24, 2025. At the request of the community, we have extended this public comment period for 60 more days. The public comment period will remain open until December 23, 2025.
To streamline the review process, we have provided a preferred template for comments to be submitted in (see "Preferred comment template" below). We have also provided an instruction document to demonstrate how this comment template should be used (see "Preferred template instruction sheet" below). However, the use of this format is optional, and comments will be received and assessed no matter how they are submitted.
